It’s not overstating it to say Ross has a cult following. People have some deep love of the brand. So as the new AOR our job was to refresh a 30 year stretch of the same branding. We had to be “new” but reliably so. To do this we invented the “Yes For Less” tagline. We also updated their look to compete better in a category thick with discount competition.
