To demonstrate the sophistication and innovation of Lennox products, we held a first-of-its-kind exhibition of art + engineering called “Degrees of Perfect.” It featured five murals, each highlighting a quality of a Lennox® HVAC system. The paint the artists used was thermochromic, meaning it changed color in reaction to temperature. And the walls they painted on were custom built by Lennox engineers to house Lennox heating and cooling units. By precisely controlling the temperature of the walls in a way only Lennox can, the murals transformed. As each came to life, each told a visual story. We captured the entire project from conception to the big day with behind the scenes videos and live interviews shared on social, all of which were collected on the project site #lennoxartproject.

We created a Facebook Canvas unit to accompany the event that included reveals of all 5 murals.
We even used our color changing paint on the invitations for the event. When exposed to heat or cold the colors transformed, creating a different dynamic art piece for each recipient.
